Provides an opportunity for students to explore the Spanish culture and experience different aspects of the Hispanic culture through club activities. We will discuss differences and similarities in the diverse Hispanic population. We will travel to Chicago where students will visit Mexican, Puerto Rican, and other Hispanic neighborhoods sample their foods and learn how these cultures have added to the American culture. We will also visit the Snite Museum at Notre-Dame University and discover the Mayan and Aztec culture and artifacts, followed by lunch at Salsa's Mexican Restaurant.
